What is the definition of Wakalah? |
Wakalah means an act of one person (Muwakkil) who appoints another party (Wakil) as one’s representative to handle one’s affairs. |

No. Wakalah has been widely used by Islamic financial institutions and non-bank savings institutions and does not conflict with TH's original goals. |
