THiJARI Biz (Caruman Potongan Gaji)
THiJARI Biz is an online service that enables Employers to execute monthly deposit into the Employee’s TH account through salary deduction.
Steps to Register for THiJARI Biz (Salary Deduction Contributions)
Employers must register their company with Tabung Haji by contacting THCC. Employers need to complete the “Employer Information Form” for the purpose of appointing an Administrator and registering a mobile phone number for transaction authentication (TAC). Tabung Haji will provide an Employer Code via email, and the Employer/Administrator will receive an Activation Code via SMS. Activation must be completed within 7 days.
For Employers who have previously registered their company with Tabung Haji, they can contact THCC to obtain the Activation Code.
Three (3) easy steps to use THiJARI Biz:
- Log in via www.thijari.com.my/thijaribiz
- The Administrator only needs to input the Employer Code and Activation Code, then create a Password.
- Subsequently, the Administrator must input the Employer Code and Password each time they use THiJARI Biz.
The Administrator can begin using THiJARI Biz services seamlessly.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of THiJARI Biz set out the terms and conditions of the registration and use of THiJARI Biz.
- DEFINITIONS
- “THiJARI Biz” means online service provided through the Website which enables Employer to perform monthly deposit into the Employee’s TH account through the Employee’s salary deduction
- “Employer” means Employer that is registered with TH to access the Website and use THiJARI Biz.
- “Administrator” means a person who is appointed and authorized by the Employer to access the Website and use THiJARI Biz on behalf of the Employer to manage monthly deposit into the Employee’s TH account through the Employee’s salary deduction including to provide the information relating to the deposits through the Employee’s salary deduction and use of other services provided under THiJARI Biz.
- “User ID" means introduction characters entered by the Administrator each time the Administrator uses THiJARI Biz by using the registered Employer’s Code as the input for the User ID for verification and authentication purposes in order to grant the Administrator access to THIjARI Biz.
- “Password” means special character which is private and confidential and must be entered each time the Administrator uses THiJARI Biz for verification and authentication purposes.
- “Employee” means a person employed by the Employer who agrees to deposit monthly into his/her TH account through the Employee’s salary deduction through THiJARI Biz.
- "TAC" means a security feature that is implemented to provide a second layer of protection for THiJARI Biz transactions, in addition to User ID and Password. It is a unique 6 digits code that needs to be entered by the Administrator which will be sent to Administrator’s mobile number as registered in TH’s records, via short message service (SMS).
- “THiJARI Biz” means online service provided through the Website which enables Employer to perform monthly deposit into the Employee’s TH account through the Employee’s salary deduction
- REGISTRATION OF THiJARI Biz
- The Employer shall register for THiJARI Biz by contacting THCC and filling up ‘Borang Maklumat Majikan (JP038)’ as per Table 1
- The Employer is required to complete ‘Borang Maklumat Majikan (JP038)’ by providing the details required by TH including to nominate an Administrator and register the Employer’s/Administrator’s mobile number for the purpose of receiving Employer’s Code and TAC. The duly completed ‘Borang Maklumat Majikan (JP038)’ must be emailed to th-info@lth.gov.my.
- Upon receipt of the duly completed ‘Borang Maklumat Majikan (JP038)’ and documents from the Employer (if any), TH shall assess and review the document accordingly and thereafter, without the need to assign any reason or provide information thereto, either accept or reject the Employer’s application, at its sole and absolute discretion.
- After TH approves the registration, TH shall send Employer’s Code to the Employer/Administrator via email where it shall be used as User ID input by the Employer/Administrator.
- To activate THiJARI Biz, the Employer/Administrator shall receive Activation Code via short message service (SMS) and the Employer/Administrator shall activate THiJARI Biz within 7 days after the receipt of the Activation Code.
- After THiJARI Biz is successfully activated, the Employer/Administrator shall create a Password. Administrator must enter the User ID and Password each time the Administrator uses THiJARI Biz. After TH approves the registration, the Employer/Administrator shall receive Employer’s Activation Code via short message service (SMS) and the Employer/Administrator shall activate THiJARI Biz within 7 days after the receipt of the Employer’s Code.
- The Employer agrees that TH has the right to invalidate any of Employer’s User ID and Password for the breach or potential breach of any Terms and Conditions herein, or of any laws and/or regulations and/or to ensure or maintain the security of THiJARI Biz where TH deems appropriate, and that the Employer shall not hold TH liable for any loss or damage which the Employer may suffer as a result of such invalidation of any or all of the User ID and Password.
- The Employer shall register for THiJARI Biz by contacting THCC and filling up ‘Borang Maklumat Majikan (JP038)’ as per Table 1
- PROCEDURES FOR DEPOSIT THROUGH THE EMPLOYEE’S SALARY DEDUCTION
- The transaction to deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction can only be performed through THiJARI Biz after the Employer activates THiJARI Biz as described in Paragraph 2.5. The deposit details which are sent manually will not be processed by TH.
- When performing the transaction to deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction, the Employer/Administrator shall ensure the number of the deposit details records and total amount are correct and accurate. The details of the deposit and payment information shall be sent through THiJARI Biz according to the prescribed format.
- The Employer shall ensure each Employee who deposits through salary deduction maintain an active TH account and provide the accurate account number.
- If the Employee wishes to deposit through salary deduction into his/her family member’s TH account, the Employer shall ensure the Employee’s family member maintains an active TH account and provide the accurate account number. For this option, the Employer shall fill up Borang Caruman Bulanan Majikan (JP010) and *Borang Agihan Caruman Bulanan Keluarga (JP010-1) which can be obtained in TH’s website. These Borang Caruman Bulanan Majikan (JP010) and Borang Agihan Caruman Bulanan Keluarga (JP010-1) shall be sent together with other required information as stated in Paragraph 3.2 when the Administrator performs first time deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction.
*Note: The application of Borang Agihan Caruman Bulanan Keluarga (JP010-1) is subject to changes which may be made by TH at any time.
- The deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction shall be credited into the Employee’s or his/her family member’s TH account within five (5) working days after TH receives the deposit details records and accurate total amount.
- The Employer shall check the status of the deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction at THiJARI Biz at least five (5) working days after the transaction to deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction has been performed.
- In the event of inaccurate account details of the Employee’s or his/her family member’s TH account or TH account status of Employee or his/her family member is not active during the deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction which has resulted the transaction to be not successful, TH shall refund to the Employer for the unsuccessful transactions through the appointed Bank within seven (7) working days.
- For unsuccessful transactions of deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction, the Employer must update the Employee's record information promptly at THiJARI Biz by ensuring that the Employee's or his/her family member’s TH account number is correct and active, and the Employee's identity card number is accurate.
- The Employer is responsible for ensuring the deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction is made monthly according to the monthly deduction. Deposits through salary deduction are allowed only for the current month and preceding 12 months.
- Change of registered mobile number (for acceptance of TAC) can only be made through application to THCC. The Employers are required to complete the “Borang Pertukaran Nombor Telefon Bimbit Berdaftar (JP039)” as per Table 2 and email to THCC for that purpose.
- The transaction to deposit through the Employee’s salary deduction can only be performed through THiJARI Biz after the Employer activates THiJARI Biz as described in Paragraph 2.5. The deposit details which are sent manually will not be processed by TH.
- RESPONSIBILITY FOR USER ID AND PASSWORD
- The Employer undertakes to ensure that it shall keep the User ID and Password secret and secure and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access and/or use.
- If the Employer discovers or have reasonable grounds to believe that the User ID and Password have been compromised in any way, the Employer must immediately notify TH. If the Employer fails to notify TH at such point in time, the Employer will, in addition to being liable for all transactions conducted up to such point in time, be liable for the actual loss which occurs after such point in time, until TH receives and records actual notification made by the Employer.
- The Employer undertakes to ensure that it shall keep the User ID and Password secret and secure and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access and/or use.
- EMPLOYER’S/EMPLOYEE’S INFORMATION
- The Employer must ensure that the information provided to TH in relation to the company’s profile and Administrator’s information including Employees’ information are true, complete and updated. In the event that there are any changes, the Employer shall update the company’s profile, Administrator’s information and Employees’ information in THiJARI Biz immediately.
- The Employer acknowledges that TH shall not be liable for and that the Employer shall indemnify TH for any loss or damage that may arise due to the Employer’s failure or delay to keep TH updated as to any changes to the company’s profile, Administrator’s information and Employees’ information.
- The Employer must ensure that the information provided to TH in relation to the company’s profile and Administrator’s information including Employees’ information are true, complete and updated. In the event that there are any changes, the Employer shall update the company’s profile, Administrator’s information and Employees’ information in THiJARI Biz immediately.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Employer must ensure to read and understand these Terms and Conditions before registering for THiJARI Biz. If the Employer does not understand any of these Terms and Conditions, please contact THCC for clarification. The Employer acknowledges that the first time registering for THiJARI Biz, the Employer will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and further acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated in accessing and using THiJARI Biz.
- The Employer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions in accessing and using of THiJARI Biz.
- THiJARI Biz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis (which includes all faults present in THiJARI Biz). TH disclaims all warranties (express and implied), including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, quality of information, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, title or fitness for a particular purpose. TH does not warrant that THiJARI Biz will be error free, uninterrupted, free from malware (including spyware, adware, viruses, worms, and other malicious code) or will function to meet the Employer’s requirements. TH does not warrant that THiJARI Biz will work with the Employer’s operating system or with any other software installed on the Employer’s computers or mobile devices and disclaims any liability arising out of the Employer’s inability to access THiJARI Biz.
- The Employer must ensure to read and understand these Terms and Conditions before registering for THiJARI Biz. If the Employer does not understand any of these Terms and Conditions, please contact THCC for clarification. The Employer acknowledges that the first time registering for THiJARI Biz, the Employer will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and further acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated in accessing and using THiJARI Biz.
- OTHER SERVICES IN RELATION TO THiJARI Biz
- Subject to these Terms and Conditions, below are the other services in relation to THiJARI Biz offered in the Website:

The Employer hereby agrees that save where expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted under laws and regulations, in no event shall TH be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of savings or other consequential, special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or punitive damages suffered by the Employer by reason of any delay in performance or non-performance or breach of any obligations of TH whether arising from any negligence, breach of these terms and conditions or howsoever and/or arising from the acts or omissions of TH.
- LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
- The Employer hereby irrevocably agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified TH from all liabilities, claims, losses and expenses, including any legal fees that may be incurred by TH in connection with or arising from:-

While performing the transaction, I received an error/unsuccessful message. However, the amount has been deducted from my company bank account. What shall I do? | In the event the fund at your bank account is deducted but the transaction was unsuccessful at TH, your money will be credited back into your bank account by your Bank. You may contact your Bank to obtain the reversal status by providing the FPX Transaction ID or Merchant Order No. as a reference. |
