Hajj Management
Tabung Haji (TH) Hajj management is an ongoing process conducted throughout the year to ensure smooth and efficient Hajj operations. This comprehensive management by TH begins from the moment prospective Hajj pilgrims make their first savings until they return to their homeland after completing the Hajj in the Holy Land.
The entire Hajj management process consists of 20 activities, including services provided both in Malaysia and in the Holy Land.

Flight Schedules (SJP)
Tabung Haji (TH) will send the offer letter and flight schedules (Surat Jadual Penerbangan - SJP) to all prospective pilgrims.
SJP reviews and prints can be made online through the THiJARI website (https://www.thijari.com.my).
Passport
All pilgrims must possess a Malaysian International Passport issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. TH branch offices will contact pilgrims for passport submission and relevant supporting documents.
Saudi Visa Bio Registration
All prospective Hajj pilgrims must complete biometric registration through the Saudi Visa Bio application before submitting their Malaysian International Passport (PMA) to the TH branch office.
Health Examination
Every prospective hajj pilgrim must undergo and pass a health examination including a physical examination, blood test and other tests (if necessary). It is to find out the health status of the prospective hajj pilgrim and the status of the illness suffered by the prospective hajj pilgrim (if any).
Health examinations are crucial for verifying the health of prospective pilgrims and providing early treatment before their departure to the Holy Land. Those who pass the health examination should also receive the Meningococcal Quadrivalent ACYW-135 vaccine and other vaccinations required by the Saudi Arabian Government for the current Hajj Season.
Health examinations should be conducted by registered medical officers with TH / The Ministry of Health of Malaysia (KKM), using the Prospective Hajj Participant Health Examination Registration Number (NPPKBH). Vaccination injections can be administered by any certified medical officer.
Medical officers conducting health examinations and administering the Quadrivalent ACYW-135 vaccination must confirm the details of the examination and injection in the MyVAS system, a prospective hajj health examination application regulated by KKM.

Cancellation / Postponement of Hajj
Prospective pilgrims who have received an offer to perform Hajj but intend to postpone or cancel their Hajj trip may submit their application to the nearest TH office. However, cancellation or postponement charges will be applied according to a specific rate.
For those requesting a postponement, the opportunity to perform Hajj in the following year is subject to availability, and there is no guarantee that the pilgrim will be reoffered the chance to perform Hajj.
The fines imposed on those who cancel or postpone their Hajj departure are as follows:
- Category I
A cancellation fine of 5% of the Hajj payment amount will be debited from the depositor’s TH account if the Hajj is canceled after the Hajj payment has been debited.
- Category II
A cancellation penalty of 20% of the Hajj payment amount will be debited from the depositor’s TH account if the Hajj is canceled after the Hajj flight schedule has been issued.
- Category III
A cancellation penalty of 40% of the Hajj payment amount will be debited from the depositor’s TH account if the Hajj is canceled after the Hajj flight schedule has been issued and the Hajj visa has been allocated. (edited)
