TH Investment Panel

The Investment Panel advises the Board in evaluating and supporting viable investment proposals for TH before they are submitted for approval by the Honourable Minister.

The Panel also advises TH Management on the effectiveness of TH’s investment activities and internal controls to enhance portfolio value and achieve competitive returns. This includes:

• Assessing and advising management on TH’s investment policies.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of asset allocation strategies.
• Reviewing and recommending long-term equity investments, real estate investments, money market and bond instruments, short-term equity fund allocations, and the appointment of external asset managers, as well as TH’s financing to its subsidiaries and restructuring of existing investments.
• Considering and recommending the appointment and termination of financial institutions as fund managers.
• Regularly reviewing TH's financial position; and
• Addressing other relevant matters.
