Injuries and illnesses due to work activities may have significant impacts on TH in terms of operations, finance, safety, reputation, and legal action. Therefore, it is TH's responsibility to ensure the work environment is always safe, healthy, and free from hazards and occupational diseases for all TH staff and stakeholders by establishing and enforcing the TH Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy. To ensure the success of the TH OSH Policy, TH is committed to:
- Always complying with relevant Acts and Regulations regarding OSH in force.
- Ensuring OSH management is integrated into TH management.
- Implementing a safe working system through a systematic Occupational Safety and Health Management System.
- Providing continuous and adequate training to all TH staff to enhance awareness and competency in health and safety aspects.
- Ensuring all TH staff are aware of their safety and health at work, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by their work activities.
- Immediately identifying and assessing actions to be taken on any OSH accidents and diseases, and reporting them to the responsible authorities.
