THiJARI
THiJARI is a digital service network provided by Tabung Haji (TH) that commenced operations on February 5, 2020. It is an online platform designed to simplify transactions for TH depositors.
Services Offered
The services available through the THiJARI mobile app are the same as those provided on the THiJARI website, except for the "My Profile", "Favorite Account", and "Hajj Offer Acceptance" menus, which include:
1. Savings and Withdrawal Transactions
TH depositors can perform the following:
- Check summaries, account details, transaction records, and account balances, as well as transfer savings from a TH account to another TH account (including dependent and third-party accounts).
- Transfer savings from a bank account to a TH account via FPX platform.
- Register, maintain, and cancel Direct Debit from a bank account to a TH account via eMandate Direct Debit platform.
- Update profile.
- Download and print account statements, as well as set up a favorite account.
- Set up monthly salary deductions to be distributed to depositors or family members with active TH accounts.
- Transfer funds from TH account to own bank account via e-Telegraphic Transfer Application.
2. New Account Opening (VAO)
Prospective TH depositors can open new TH accounts for adults and children, streamlining the process of opening TH accounts.
3. Hajj Management
To facilitate Hajj matters, TH depositors can:
- Check the status of their Hajj registration and download the Hajj registration slip.
- For Hajj offers, letters of offer, status checks, and responding to the Hajj offer can be accessed via THiJARI.
- TH depositors can also check and download the departure and return flight schedules.
- For the Hajj Basic Course program, depositors can check the location and course dates, as well as download the Hajj Basic Course notes.
- Depositors can also submit Hajj Appeals to facilitate the online Hajj appeal process through the Hajj Appeal Video Tutorial. Online Hajj Appeal Tutorial Videos.
- Make payments for Dam & Qurban.
- Perform Sadaqah (charitable donations).
4. Penamaan/Pusaka/Hibah Amanah
TH depositors can check the status of their Nomination or Hibah Amanah for both their own and their children’s accounts, Hibah Amanah Claim Application and Pusaka Claim Application.
5. Kelab TaHa
New Kelab TaHa membership numbers can be found in the E-Membership Card menu, and exclusive offers for Kelab TaHa members can be viewed in the Rakan Kelab TaHa menu.
6. e-Forms
Allow TH depositors to complete JP Forms at Landing Page THiJARI to ease the process at TH counters. There are nine (9) forms provided which are:-
- JP005 – Borang Permohonan Pengeluaran Pusaka
- JP006 – Borang Akuan Waris Pengeluaran Pusaka
- JP008 – Borang Pertukaran Hak Penjagaan
- JP001 – Borang Permohonan Penutupan Akaun
- JP025 – Borang Jaminan Ganti Rugi
- JP028 – Borang Kebenaran Wakil Pendeposit Uzur Luar Premis (Dalam Kenderaan)
- JP037 – Borang Persetujuan Penjaga Pertukaran Akaun Kanak-Kanak Ke Dewasa
- Borang Penamaan & Borang Pengesahan Perhubungan Waris

How To Use THiJARI
Depositors must ensure that all personal details, including mobile phone numbers, are updated at the TH counters. A Transaction Authorization Code (TAC) will be sent to the registered mobile number. Depositors should ensure their phone number is correct to avoid login issues with the THiJARI system.
For those who have updated their information, access to this service can be made through www.thijari.com.my without visiting a TH counter. Here are three simple steps to use THiJARI:
- Access the platform via www.thijari.com.my (smartphone /computer/ laptop, etc.).
- Depositors need only enter their identification number and TH account number.
- Depositors must enter their registered mobile number and personal details. Once completed, they can start using the THiJARI services.

How to Download the THiJARI App
The Tabung Haji app has been redesigned with an improved interface, easier navigation, and enhanced security to provide the best service to our depositors.
To download the THiJARI app:
Play Store (Android Users):
- Type “Tabung Haji” in the search bar.
- Select “Tabung Haji”.
- Click “Install” to download.
- You can now use the THiJARI app.
App Store (iOS Users):
- Type “Tabung Haji” in the search bar.

- You can now use the THiJARI app.
