ALOR SETAR, 17 July 2018: Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia (DYTM) Sultan Sallehuddin ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, Sultan Kedah has graced the Farewell Ceremony for Kedah's pilgrims to Baitullahhilharam for the 1439H / 2018M Hajj Season at the TH Hotel & Convention Center, Alor Setar, Kedah today.

The KT06K flight with 150 pilgrims from Alor Setar is scheduled to leave for KLIA at 9.46 pm and departs to Madinah at 1.45am.

His Royal Highness Sultan Sallehuddin ibni Almarhum Sultan Badlishah, the Sultan of Kedah was accompanied by the honoured guests and took the opportunity to bid farewell to the pilgrims and congratulated them for being selected as Allah's guest for this Hajj Season.

Pilgrims are advised to fully focus on their Hajj and hopefully will be granted Mabrur Hajj. 

A total of 17 chartered flights are provided for Kedah's pilgrims for the hajj season this year, which depart from Sultan Abdul Halim Airport, Alor Setar.

Also present at the event was DYTM Raja Muda Kedah, DYTM Tengku Temenggong Kedah, Tuan Haji Mohd Hisham Harun TH Chief Human Resources Officer , YB Dato' Dr Ismail Saleh, Kedah State Exco, and other honoured guests.
