SIPITANG, December 23, 2021 - A total of 100 families in this district receives TH Food Basket Contributions amounting to RM10,000 presented by YB Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs), Datuk Ahmad Marzuk Shaary.

“At a time when the country is being hit by various disasters, the Government continues to be concerned with the fate of the people, especially the asnaf and B40 groups throughout the country. With the handing over of the TH Food Basket Donation today, it is hoped that the burdenswill be eased,” he said at the TH Food Basket Donation Ceremony at the Pekan Sipitang Mosque which was also attended by the Sabah and Sarawak Regional Director, YBhg. Datin Hajah Nurlaila Said and the Heads of Sabah Islamic Religious Agencies.

TH allocates about RM100 for each 100 families consisting of asnaf and B40 in this district. The donation consists of basic necessities such as rice, oil, flour, sugar, biscuits, sweet creamer milk, sardines, vermicelli and instant noodles.
