YAB Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia today launched the Bumiputera Dana Al-Ansar totalling RM200 million, which is a new initiative by Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) to strengthen and improve the economy of Bumiputera Muslim enterpreneurs in Malaysia.

This fund is part of TH’s efforts to help the Bumiputera Muslim entrepreneurs in obtaining credit/financing facilities in order to expand their businesses. This initiative is in line with TH objective to become the pillar of Ummah’s economic success.

The ceremony took place in Parliament and was attended by the YB. Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Haji Baharom, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, YB. Datuk Seri Panglima Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim, THChairman, YBhg. Tan Sri Ismee Ismail, TH Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and YBhg. Datuk Zamani Abdul Ghani, Chairman of Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad.
