Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today announced that hajj payment for the first time hajj pilgrims selected to perform Hajj in the current year remains at RM9,980. Hajj payment of RM9,980 has been in place since 2009 with RM12,920 subsidy to be borne by TH which is 56 percent of the hajj cost.

The event was attended by YB Datuk Seri Dr. Mujahid Yusof, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department, YB Hajah Fuziah Salleh, Deputy Minister in JPM, Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof, Chairman of TH and Dato’ Sri Zukri Samat, Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, TH. Also present were the Senior Management of TH.
