Saturday, 30 June 2018 - Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Datuk Seri Panglima (Dr.) Haji Juhar bin Datuk Haji Mahirudin, Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Sabah officiated the 2 days (30 June - 1 July 2018) Opening Ceremony of 1439H | 2018 Negeri Sabah West Coast Zone Prime Hajj Course State Level at Pusat Islam, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Kota Kinabalu.

The course was participated by about 549 participants from West Coast Division and Rural Areas of Sabah and Federal Territory of Labuan. Also present was Sabah's Chief Minister, YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Mohd Shafie b. Apdal. TH represented by YBhg. Datuk Rozaida bt. Omar
