SEPANG, JUNE 4, 2022 : Lembaga Tabung Haji today, a total of 295 Malaysian pilgrims for the 1443H/2022M Season have departed for the Holy Land. The first flight has departed at 1.35 pm from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Sepang via Saudi Airlines and is expected to arrive at Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Madinah at 4:55 pm Saudi time.

YAB Prime Minister, Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob was present with the Minister in the Prime Minister Department (Religious Affairs), YB Senator Datuk Haji Idris Haji Ahmad, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) Dato’ Sri Amri Awaluddin to impart encouragement speech and advice for the first group of this year’s Malaysian pilgrims after two years of postponement due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
