KOTA BELUD, September 26, 2022 - Lembaga Tabung (TH) today contributed a multipurpose van to Pondok Fii Dzilalil Qu’ran, Kota Belud, Sabah during the TH Mobility Program Handover Ceremony here. 

Ministry in the Prime Minister’s Office (Religion Department) YB Senator Datuk Hj Idris Bin Haji Ahmad said, the multipurpose van contribution via the TH Mobility Program is an effort in fulfilling the fardhu kifayah and the fardhu ain especially for the local community in the rural area.

This year, TH allocated RM5.4 million for the Mobility Program with 40 units of dual-function vans will be contributed to selected institutions such as mosques, surau, welfare homes and registered associations throughout Malaysia. TH has contributed a total of 96 units of multipurpose vans which have benefited more than 300,000 kariah members throughout the country since the program was introduced six years ago. This contribution is hoped to help the students and teachers in Pondok Fii Dzilalil Qu’ran with their daily commutes and activities.
