KOTA BHARU, September 27, 2024: Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) has officially begun preparations for the 1446H/2025M Hajj season by holding the 41st National Hajj Discussion Ceremony (MHPK) at Perdana Hotel, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The three-day MHPK, which commenced on September 27, carries the theme ‘Akhlak Mulia Cerminan Kemabruran Haji’.

The ceremony was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato’ Setia Dr. Mohd Na’im Haji Mokhtar, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs). YB Dato’ Setia Dr. Mohd Na’im stated that this Hajj Discussion program is highly significant in thoroughly addressing arising issues and identifying key priorities for the upcoming Hajj season.

The 41st MHPK will discuss five papers, including issues related to the rulings on Hajj for 1445H; the issue of talfiq (integrating and implementing views from various scholars) in the implementation of Hajj rulings; the ruling on Hajj for widows who are scheduled to perform the pilgrimage; Dawabit al-Darurah and al-Hajah (guidelines for determining rulings from the aspect of Hajj necessity); and etiquette and morals at Masya'ir.
