Friday, 29 June 2018, YB Dato' Nassuruddin Bin Haji Daud, Pengerusi Pembangunan Islam, Dakwah, Perancangan dan Hubungan Seranta Kerajaan Negeri Kelantan officiated the Kelantan Prime Hajj Course (29 June - 30 June 2018) at Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara (IKTBN), Bachok. The course was participated by about 3,400 participants from all over the Kelantan State.
