- TH scanned 10 fingerprint images of the hajj pilgrims before their departure for the Holy Land.
- TH organised “Safari Wuquf” by ferrying pilgrims who were ill on special vehicles from hospitals to Arafah to perform wuquf.
- TH distributed packed food to hajj pilgrims during their mabit in Muzdalifah.
TH launched the TH Community Mobile Service to provide access to TH services for the rural community.
