What are the eligibility requirements to become a member of Kelab TaHa@U?

Eligibility requirements for Kelab TaHa@U membership:

  • Aged between 18 and 25 years old
  • Muslim
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Permanent resident
  • Has a savings account with TH
  • Currently studying at a public or private higher education institution, or an equivalent institution.
What is the appropriate age to register as a member of the Kelab TaHa@U?

Age between 18 and 25 years.

Who can register as a member of the Kelab TaHa@U?

Students who are still studying at public and private higher learning institutions or those equivalent to them.

How to register as a member?

Registration can be done online at the website www.thijari.gov.my and the THiJARI app.

Do I need to attend any TH Branch office for the purpose of verifying the information that has been updated?

No, you do not need to visit a TH branch for the purpose of verification.

Can the THiJARI app be used on Android and iOS devices?

Sure. You can download the THiJARI app from the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android)

Will I receive a membership card?

The Kelab TaHa@U membership e-card is digital and can only be accessed through the website www.thijari.gov.my or the THiJARI app.

Can I access the membership card display if I have logged out of my THiJARI account?

No, users must remain logged in to access or can download the digital membership card display for the Kelab TaHa@U.

Does registration as a member involve any payment?

Registration for the Kelab TaHa@U is FREE.

Do I need to have a TH account first to register as a Kelab TaHa@U member?

Yes. If you do not have a TH account, you can open one by following these steps:

  • Visit www.thijari.gov.my
  • Click 'Don't have a TH account? Open one now'
  • Enter the required information
  • Click submit
  • Please visit any TH counter to complete the verification within 30 days.

I just lost my mobile phone and switched to a new device, do I need to reactivate my TaHa@U account?

Yes, you need to activate the app on the new device. The service on the old device will be automatically deactivated during the registration of the new device.

I bought a new device and switched to a new telco provider with a new SIM card, but the mobile number remains the same. Will this affect the app's settings?

No, as long as your number remains the same and unchanged, this feature will still be available to you.

Is my personal information entered into this app safe?

This app is fully owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji and it is guaranteed that your personal information will be protected and not shared or provided to any other parties.

Does the THiJARI app require an internet connection after installation and registration for the Kelab TaHa@U?

Yes, an internet connection is required to access the Kelab TaHa@U content.

Do I need to terminate my membership when I reach the age of 26?

Membership of the Kelab TaHa@U will be automatically terminated once you exceed the age of 25, and the e-membership card can no longer be used.

For existing Kelab TaHa members, do they need to re-register for the Kelab TaHa@U?

Yes, existing Kelab TaHa members must re-register as members of the Kelab TaHa@U on THiJARI.

If I am 19 years old but did not continue my studies and went straight to work, can I register as a member of the Kelab TaHa@U?

No, only students studying at higher education institutions are eligible to register.
