How to apply VAO via THIJARI? |
Adult account – Visit www.thijari.com.my, and click “No TH account? Open Now” link and follow the steps. Trustee (child) account- The guardian needs to log into THiJARI and select Opening Trustee Account Menu and complete the transaction. |
What is the final step to activate the account? |
Adult account – Upon successful submission of VAO, you are required to visit your preferred or any TH branches for the verification and activation of TH account applied. You need to bring MyKad and RM2.00 being minimum initial deposit. Trustee (child) account- Upon successful submission of Trustee VAO, the guardian needs to visit the preferred or any TH branches for the verification and activation of TH account applied. You need to bring the following documents:

Upon activation of account at any TH branches. |
How many TH account can I open? |
Only ONE (1) TH account can be opened per individual. |

Applicant is advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of TH account opening before submission at Tabung Haji website or click here “VAO Terms & Conditions”. |
What happen if I didn’t activate the account within 30 days? |
Your application is VOID and you need to resubmit a new VAO application. |
Is there any charge to apply the VAO? |
No fees imposed. |
What happen when I visit the branch for account activation? |
You will receive a prioritised queue number and will be served as quick as possible. |
