KUALA LUMPUR, October 8, 2024: Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today launched the TH Young Leadership Program for 90 students from 30 selected rural schools. The program was officiated by the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TH, YBrs. Tuan Syed Hamadah Syed Othman.

This program was initiated to develop the next generation of leaders with strong leadership qualities and a high sense of self-identity. Various activities, including group activities, were conducted to train multiple skills involving leadership, communication, confidence, and teamwork in this program, now in its second year.

TH invited a number of accomplished individuals from various fields to share their experiences and success stories. The aim is for the knowledge gained through this program to encourage and empower these students to act as catalysts for positive change within their families and communities.
