Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today held an Opening Ceremony of TH Padang Besar in an effort to provide greater service to the depositors in Padang Besar District, Perlis and its surrounding areas. The opening ceremony was officiated by YB Dato’ Haji Khairi bin Hassan, Religious Exco of Perlis, representing YAB Dato’ Seri Azlan bin Man, Menteri Besar of Perlis.

The relocation of the office in Kuala Perlis to Padang Besar is due to its high population. This relocation will facilitate the Padang Besar residents in managing storage and hajj individually.

This also proves TH’s commitment in serving the Muslim community, in line with its vision to be the pillar of ummah’s economic success. In addition to providing the best access, it also meets the requirement and the request of the depositors in improving the quality service.
