KUALA LUMPUR, 21 March 2025 – Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH), the Malaysian pilgrims’ fund board, has announced a Profit Distribution for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 at a rate of 3.25 percent, amounting to RM2.92 billion, which will benefit more than 9.54 million TH depositors. This rate was achieved after taking into account the zakat settlement of 2.5775 percent (RM99.35 million).

This TH profit distribution brings the total accumulated profit distribution over its 61-year history to RM45.79 billion.

The improved 2024 profit distribution rate is the highest in the past seven years since 2018. This distribution is driven by better investment performance, supported by economic growth and a positive stock market in 2024, along with continuous efforts to control operational costs.
