KOTA KINABALU, October 30 2021 - Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) today donated a van to the Pertubuhan Pengurusan Rumah Amal Selawat Nabi, Sandakan, Sabah (PPPASN). The Political Secretary to the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs), Encik Wan Rohimi Wan Daud handed over a replica of the van key to Puan Siti binti Musa, the PPPASN Coordinator at the ceremony held today.

With this contribution, the residents of the PPPASN Care Center will be able to move around and help manage education and health related matters for the asnaf children who are between four (4) to sixteen (16) years of age.

Since the launch of the TH  Mobility Program in 2016, TH has donated more than 56 multifunctional vehicles to selected mosques across the country which have benefited more than 200 thousand parishes. This year,  TH expanded the recipients of these donations to homes and welfare associations across the country such as orphanages, old people’s homes, and homes for the disabled (OKU) to ease them in moving around to carry out their daily activities and programs.
