What is a TH Debit-i Card? TH Debit-i Card is a Co-Brand partnership between TH and BIMB as an alternative for Pilgrims/Depositors to make current withdrawals in the Holy Land.
What are the services provided through TH Debit-i Card? With TH Debit-i Card, Pilgrims/Depositors can make withdrawals and fund transfers through ATM machines in Malaysia and Overseas.
What are the benefits of TH Debit-i Card? The advantage of TH Debit-i Card is that Pilgrims/Depositors can make cash withdrawals in the Holy Land during Hajj season for free.
How can a TH Debit-i Card application be made?

TH Debit-i Card Application can be done as follows:

  • Pilgrims/Depositors must have an account with TH account and BIMB.
  • This TH Debit-i Card Application can be made at the BIMB Branch only. 
  • The TH Debit-i Card will be registered (linked) to the Pilgrim’s/Depositor’s TH account.
  • For Pilgrims/Depositors who already have BIMB accounts, they can make replacement of existing bank cards at any BIMB Branch.
During the Hajj season, how can the Pilgrims/Depositors make a withdrawal from TH account using this TH Debit-i?
  • Pilgrims/Depositors must first transfer sufficient funds from TH account to the BIMB account.
  • The money withdrawals in the Holy Land will be debited from the Pilgrims’/Depositors’ BIMB account.
What are the transactions that can be done using TH Debit-i Card and what are the charges applicable?

1. TH Debit Card-i Services in Malaysia:

1. Cash Withdrawal RM1.00 for every transaction
2. Cash Savings (CDM) RM1.00 for every transaction

Savings Transfer:

  • From  BIMB Account to own TH Account. 
  • From BIMB Account to third party TH Account.
  • From  TH Account to own BIMB Account. 
  • From  TH Account to third party BIMB Account.
  • From  TH Account to own TH Account. 
  • From TH Account to third party TH Account.

 

 RM1.00 for every transaction
4. Check Balance Free of Charge
5. Hajj Registration Free of Charge
6. Registration (linking) TH Account Free of Charge

2. TH Debit Card-i Services in the Holy Land:

  • Cash withdrawals in the Holy Land during Hajj season for free:
    • Charges for cash withdrawals in the Holy Land during Hajj season will be debited from the Pilgrims/Depositors BIMB account. Therefore, Pilgrims/Depositors must make transfers with sufficient amount from the TH account to the BIMB account before they can withdraw money in the Holy Land.
Can this TH Debit-i Card application be made at the TH Branch Office?  The TH Debit-i Card can be applied only at BIMB counters.
What is the design for TH Debit-i Card?
